9.1. Our site is only intended for use by people residing, businesses, and companies in Singapore ("the Serviced Country"). We do not accept orders from individuals outside of the Serviced Country.

9.2 By placing an order with us, you warrant that:
 

9.2.1 You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
9.2.2 You are a resident of the Serviced Country.

10. Returns and Refunds
 

10.1 Upon returning a product due to contract cancellation, product defects, or dissatisfaction, we will conduct a detailed assessment. If the product's condition meets our criteria upon examination, we will either replace it (for defects) or issue a refund. Refunds are generally processed using the original payment method, and we prioritize a prompt refund process.
10.2 Products returned by you owing to defects or within the seven (7) day cooling-off period shall be subject to a full refund after deducting any associated delivery costs.

10.3 Should you identify a shortfall in the quantity of Products delivered compared to the quantity ordered, it is incumbent upon you to notify us of this discrepancy within seven (7) working days from the date of delivery. Failure to provide such notification will absolve us of liability, and you will be obligated to remit payment as if the Products had been delivered in strict accordance with the terms of the Contract.

10.4 The financial responsibility for return transportation costs rests with the customer.
 

11. Force Majeure
 

11.1 We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our contractual obligations due to events beyond our control, constituting a "Force Majeure Event."

11.2 A Force Majeure Event encompasses acts, occurrences, omissions, or accidents beyond our control, including but not limited to:
 

11.2.1 Industrial strikes or actions
11.2.2 Civil disturbances, riots, invasions, terrorist threats or attacks, war or its preparation
11.2.3 Natural disasters like fires, explosions, storms, floods, earthquakes, epidemics
11.2.4 Inability to use public or private transportation or telecommunications
11.2.5 Government acts, decrees, regulations, or restrictions

11.3 During a Force Majeure Event, our contractual performance is suspended, with an extension granted. We diligently seek solutions to fulfill our obligations despite the event's impact.
 

12. Waiver
 

12.1 If any of these Terms and Conditions or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition, or provision will, to that extent, be severed from the remaining terms, conditions, and provisions, which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12.2 Any waiver by us of any default does not extend to future defaults.

12.3 Waivers of these Terms and Conditions are only effective when expressly stated in writing and communicated to you.
 

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
 

13.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes related to these Terms or the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
